The development will consist of the relocation of the existing warehouse roller shutter doors and the personnel door. The provision of one newly installed ground level roller shutter door, and up to two new dock levellers to the north-east elevation, which may be installed in phases as required; and the expansion of the existing loading bay with the provision of a new fire escape door to the south-west elevation to facilitate compliance with the granted Fire Safety Certificate, and all the associated works.
