The core dataset behind ConstructionLeads.ie is the merged public planning register of Ireland’s planning authorities. We ingest publicly published data, dedupe by planning reference, and link every record back to its original source file so anything you see here is traceable to a source.
What we build on top
Sector labels, trade tags, floor-area estimates and plain-English summaries are our own — generated with an AI classifier gated on a confidence threshold. They are provided as a working aid, not as the register of record.
Base-map imagery
Satellite and hybrid map tiles are provided by MapTiler and cached on our infrastructure for performance.
