The relocation of 2 no. existing polytunnels (578 m2 GFA) towards the eastern boundary of the subject site to facilitate the proposed extension works. 5. Alterations to existing car parking layout to provide 158 no. customer car parking spaces, inclusive of 9 no. accessible spaces, 16 no. electric vehicle parking spaces and 2 family parking spaces together with the addition of 15 no. new motorcycle parking spaces and 30 no. sheltered bicycle parking spaces. 6. Provision of new staff car parking area accessed via a new service road to the rear of the proposed extension comprising 27 no. new staff car parking spaces inclusive of 1 no. accessible space and 3 no. electric vehicle parking spaces together with the addition of 4 no. new motorcycle parking spaces and 20 no. sheltered bicycle parking spaces. 7. Provision of a new percolation area and provision of new surface water design including new detention basin to facilitate the proposed development. 8.
