Carn Lodge UC intend to apply for planning permission to amend permitted development under Reg. Ref. 4936/22. at Block 9 Harcourt Centre (Europa House), Harcourt Street and Charlotte Way, Dublin 2. Harcourt Street is to the east and Charlotte Way to the north. The proposed development consists of the following: • Increase in footprint of building to the rear across all levels; • Revisions to colonnade to provide for increased public realm at street level; • Relocation of substation to Charlotte Way; • Revised building core and basement layout (no changes to existing basement footprint); • Addition of two no. additional floors, providing for a total 11 storey office (over existing basement) with rooftop amenity event space with accessible terrace and plant level over • Associated and consequential amendments to the elevations, terraces, plant and PV panels • 64 no. additional bicycle parking spaces (208 total); • Reduction in car parking by 5 no. spaces (11 total); • The proposal results in a gross floor area increase of 4,964 sq.m., with an overall total as proposed to be amended of 14,954 sq.m.; and • All ancillary and associated development to facilitate the proposed development.
