The proposed development comprises of an amalgamation of Retail Unit 1 (613 sq.m) and Retail Unit 2 (176 sq.m) at ground floor level to provide a single amalgamated retail unit with a floorspace of approximately 789 sq.m through the removal of an internal partition wall that separates the two units.
