PROTECTED STRUCTURE: (i) Carry out brick mortar repairs to badly spalled brickwork; (ii) Treatment and steam clean front parapet capping, granite window cills, brick facade and entrance steps in order to remove algae and carbon and/or paint; (iii) Granite plinth, dividing wall capping and granite string course – paint to be removed and surface to be treated and steamed clean. Joints to be raked out and repointed using natural hydraulic lime in a flush joint; and (iv) Lower Ground Floor, paint finish to be removed and wall finish to be lime plastered using natural hydraulic lime in a lined & ruled finish.
