PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: 1. Removal of first floor non-original extension to rear return and adjoining single storey outbuilding; 2. All associated conservation works to joinery / plasterwork features, structural stabilisation works to walls / floors at all levels; full services upgrades and window refurbishment works throughout; all site, landscaping and drainage works.
