To (i) Increase the ridge height of the existing roof by 640mm enabling the conversion of the existing attic space to first floor habitable accommodation. (ii) To demolish the existing chimney, strip back and replace the existing slate roof and fit 2 Nr. rooflights to the front roof elevation. (iii) To build a rear roof dormer over the proposed new rear footprint at first floor level. (iv) To fit wrap around rigid insulation to exterior walls. (v) All the associated internal and external site and drainage works.
