(i) demolition of single flat storey garage to side of existing dwelling on site; (ii) construction of a two-storey, 2-bedroom pitched roof detached dwelling to the side of the existing dwelling on site to include rooflights, and canopies at ground floor level; (iii) creation of a new vehicular entrance and pedestrian entrance gate to the side of existing dwelling to serve the new proposed dwelling on Seapark Road (no amendments proposed to existing vehicular access off Seafield Road East); (iv) other works as part of the development include landscaping, boundary treatments, SuDS drainage, and all associated site development works.
