PROTECTED STRUCTURE:The development will consist of the demolition of existing extensions to the rear of the terraced property; one a single storey extension at ground floor level, and the other a suspended extension at second floor level, the demolition of existing internal partitions within the property (to return the house from subdivided apartments into one single family home) and the construction of a part single storey, part three storey extension to the rear.
