The removal of Condition No.2 of the granted planning permission Reg.Ref. SD24A/0043 relating to a 3 year temporary planning time limit, for a development comprising of an open hard surfaced yard used for the parking of vehicles and trailers and external storage of non-hazardous goods and ancillary WC Facility. Apart from the request for the removal of condition 2, the development remains unaltered by this application.
