The proposed development will comprise of the refurbishment of two existing gate lodges on the grounds of Luttrellstown Castle, known as the Grand Lodge and the Clonsilla Lodge with a combined site area of approximately 0.227 Ha. External works include repairs to the existing roofs, chimneys, walls, windows, and doors. Internal works include layout reconfiguration to provide new ensuite bathrooms including partitions and services, as well as new ground floor slab with insulation and membranes. Parking spaces, with one charging point, are provided at each gate lodge with associated site works. Luttrellstown Castle is a Protected Structure (RPS No. 723) and located within the Luttrellstown Demesne ACA. The gates lodges are included RPS description.
