The development will consist of the following: 1. The conversion of the existing garage to habitable living space. 2. Construction of a new single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and garage. 3. A part-pitched roof over the side extension and converted garage, and a flat roof over the rear extension and new part covered patio area. 4. Installation of a pitched roof canopy over the existing front door and front living room. 5. Construction of a first-floor extension over the existing front playroom, incorporating a new bedroom. 6.
