Retention Planning Permission is sought for alterations to previously approved plans (Reg. Ref. F17A/0357, ABP 300045-17) which relate to the construction of 14 no. detached dwellings and associated site works. The following changes are sought: (i) Amendments to house types A, B and C to include:- Small increase in floor areas; revised fenestration to front of houses on two floors; conversion of garage to side of house type A to living space; replace apex roofs over ground floor bay window, and first floor bedroom, with flat roofs, (ii) adjustment of internal road network as per Fingal County Council Roads Department, (iii) adjustment of foul sewer manhole locations as per Uisce Eireann mandate.
