The proposed development will consist of (i) the construction of 32 no. houses comprising 2 no. detached 4 bed single-storey houses, 6 no. semi-detached 2 bed single-storey houses, 4 no. detached 3 bed two-storey houses, 12 no. semi-detached 3 bed two-storey houses and 8 no. detached 4 bed two-storey houses, (ii) provision of a temporary wastewater treatment plant to be connected to existing foul sewer pumping station, (iii) provision of public open spaces and landscaping, (iv) site services and (v) all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for the proposed development.
