Planning permission is sought at Sealawn, Shielmartin Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, D13Y002 (a Protected Structure) for renovation and extending of existing two level detached house to include the following works: 1. Removal of existing chairlift with remedial works to entrance steps and replacement of existing non-original railings, removal of security bars to windows and associated landscape works to the fore of the house. 2. Construction of two storey extension to the rear to accommodate bedroom & ensuite and mudroom at garden floor level, and extension to kitchen, additional bathroom & reception room at entry floor level. 3. Internal configuration of the existing entry floor level to accommodate relocation of kitchen, works to new openings in the internal spine wall between front & rear rooms, and rear wall and amendments to internals partitions. 4. Internal configuration of the existing garden floor to allow for bedroom accommodation at level, with insertion of additional en-suites with works to new insulated floor slab throughout, with amendments to existing door openings and partition walls. 5. Remedial works to all non-original windows throughout, replacement of thermal insulation & remedial work to the existing roofs, amendments to rooflights. 6. Widened of the existing vehicular access to width of 3.6m to include repair & automation of existing entrance gates, associated amendments to bellmouth walls and moving of one of the entrance piers. 7. Removal of existing coal shed and landscaping to allow for extension with ancillary site works.
