The development consists of the retention of the following works:- the conversion of the side garage to a bedroom and ensuite, as well as internal amendments and alterations to create a boiler room, pantry and utility room, with a single rooflight above the ensuite. -The rear single storey extension that contains an open plan kitchen dining area, with two rooflights above.- Enclosure of front porch and new front window ope within storage room adjacent to the porch; and -the removal of the chimney from the rear roof slope. The development will also consist of: -Removal of the side wall of the single storey extension off the shared boundary wall with no. 44, and the repositioning of the wall inside this boundary wall entirely within no. 42, that will include ancillary works to the roof.
