The development will consist of: (i) construction of single-storey extension to rear of existing semi-detached dwelling; (ii) construction of first-floor extension to side of dwelling; (iii) conversion of existing attached garage to habitable accommodation; (iv) amendments and extension to existing single-storey detached shed, at side/rear of dwelling, to provide single-storey garden room, bin store and bike store; (v) provision of new single storey shed to rear garden; (vi) widening of existing vehicular entrance off Ardmeen Park; (vii) rooflights, extension of wall over side gate to front elevation, alterations to all elevations; (viii) and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
