The proposed development will consist of the construction of a two-storey extension to the existing single-storey dwelling. The development includes the addition of a first-floor level over the easterly side of the existing dwelling, incorporating first-floor accommodation and also a balcony on the northern elevation. The proposed two-storey extension will also extend approximately 6.0 metres to the rear of the existing dwelling. The development will also include alterations to the existing elevations, including revisions to the existing fenestration, together with internal modifications, site works, drainage works and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
