The proposed development includes the construction of 34 no. residential units comprising of 14 no. dwellings (6 of which have an option of a 2 or 3 bedrooms) and 20 no. duplex units, car parking; bicycle parking and bin stores. The proposed site development works include: the undergrounding of a section of the 38kv overhead line currently traversing the site; new vehicle accesses from both the Macroom and Cork Roads; the provision of pedestrian crossings at the Macroom and Cork Road.
