planning permission for the importation of inert soil & stone to enable the raising/levelling of an agricultural field to improve the agricultural output of the lands. It is proposed to import and recover inert soil and stone under a waste facility permit, and as a by-product under article 27 of the European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No 126 of 2011) to the amount of 114,930 tonnes. Permission is also sought for the construction of a wheel wash, new temporary haul road and temporary widening of existing access off the L3601 Permission is also sought for associated reinstatement landscaping and all associated development works. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted with the planning appliation.
