I, Ciarán Cotter, intend to apply for permission for development at Ballindangan Cross, Flemingstown, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. The development will consist of the construction of a revised domestic extension to the existing thatched dwellinghouse (a Protected Structure) and the demolition of the existing kitchen/bathroom extension. This application relates to previously granted Planning Permission Ref. No. 215040. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of Cork County Council during its public opening hours and a submission or observation may be made in writing on payment of the prescribed fee within 5 weeks of receipt of the application by the Planning Authority.
