Permission to redevelop a vacant site at Lissagroom, Crossbarry, Co.Cork. The site has become dilapidated, has an existing fire damaged gable roofed building previously used as a creamery in the 1940's. It is proposed to refurbish this building as support activities for a new vehicle maintenance service building at the rear of the site. Principle uses will be office reception, staff accommodation, toilets and storage. A separate vehicle maintenance workshop garage will be constructed to the rear of the existing site. Two existing vehicular access points adjoining the L2218 local road, located on the eastern boundary of the site will be upgraded as the main access and a goods-access point for the development, shown on the proposed layouts. A new tertiary sewage treatment plant will be provided along with all associated site works and services included in the BRE365 report.
