Permission to redevelop an existing site, comprising reuse of the existing creamery building as office, staff accommodation, toilets, storage, and support services for vehicle maintenance workshops, along with construction of a new commercial maintenance building to the rear of existing site. The existing northern vehicular access to adjoining L2218 local road will be upgraded as shown on the proposed site layout. The southern access will serve as a goods entrance. A new tertiary sewage treatment plant will be provided along with all associated site works and services included in the BRE365 report.
