1) Permission to extend and modify the existing dwelling, including increasing the dwelling height by adding a first floor to a portion of the dwelling and constructing single storey extensions to the front and side of the dwelling, as well as carrying out associated modifications to the existing plans and elevations. 2) Permission for retention of the existing garage / workshop adjacent to the dwelling, for uses associated with the dwelling. 3) Permission to construct an extension to the rear of this garage / workshop, for uses associated with the dwelling. 4) Permission for retention and completion of the groundworks to the rear of the dwelling, including changes to previous ground levels. The completion of the works will include putting in place boundary fencing and associated hard and soft landscaping works. 5) Permission for decommissioning of the existing septic tank and putting in place a replacement wastewater treatment system.
