The development will consist of (a) the construction of a single storey building for the storage of electric scissor and boom lifts and attached floodlighting, (b) installation of solar panel array (PV) on roof of new building, (c) the extension of concrete and hardcore external yard areas for outdoor ancillary storage, (d) an underground attenuation tank, (e) extension and alterations to existing palisade boundary fencing to include additional site area and (f) all associated site works.
