The proposed development will consist of the redevelopment of the existing community centre building to include (1) demolition works to existing roof and road side entrance lobby area; (2) the reconstruction of the main roof with associated elevational changes; (3) the construction of a single storey extension to the northwest (rear) to include storerooms, toilets and plant room; (4) the construction of a single storey extension to front onto public road to include meeting rooms, entrance lobby, store room and kitchen; and (5) all associated site development works including drainage and servicing works and boundary treatments.
