The development will consist of the provision of a single-storey building extension (gross floor area of approx. 172sqm and building height of approx. 6.6m) to an existing electrical load centre building (LC7) and associated site development works. The development will be located on a site that currently operates under an Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence (P0009-04) under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 ( as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act 2003). The site comprises of an establishment to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances ) Regulations 2015 (S.I.209 of 2015) applies.
