(i) internal alterations to ground and first floor level of existing office building, (ii) Construct a new ground and first floor office and welfare extension to the existing office building, (iii) new signage to western elevation of office building, (iv) construct a canopy type structure at eastern side of warehouse no. 6. (v) additional car parking area comprising of 20 no. car parking spaces along with all associated site works
