Permission for demolition of two sections of the existing single-storey warehouse buildings (Block 6 and Block 7) and the construction of a new single-storey extension linking Blocks 6 and 7 to provide additional floor area for production purposes, together with the construction of a new single-storey extension to the south-east side of Block 7 (total floor area approximately 694m2). The proposed development also includes the construction of a new generator room, the relocation of the existing dust extraction and biomass burner systems, the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on both existing and proposed roof structures, and all associated site development works and services.
