the construction of 2 no. three storey apartment buildings containing 33 no. 2 bedroom apartment units and all associated site development works at Inis Álainn, Carrignafoy, Cobh, Co. Cork. One of the proposed apartment buildings will provide for a ground floor creche facility. The proposed development is a change of plan application from that previously permitted by Cork County Council Planning Reference 21/5240 (ABP-313634-22) and comprises the replacement of 2 no. permitted three storey apartment/duplex buildings which contained 16 no. apartment/duplex units and a two storey detached creche building. Ancillary site works include the provision of bicycle and bin storage facilities and amendments to permitted public open space areas. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network of the existing Inis Álainn residential development.
