Construction of a 3 storey apartment building, comprising of 12 no. apartment units (8no. 1-bed and 4no. 2-bed units) with individual private open space areas. The proposed development will also incorporate a new gated maintenance access, bin stores and bicycle parking, entrance ramp, the demolition and rebuilding of an existing wall and all other associated boundary treatments, landscaping, site development and drainage works including a new pumping station. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
