Permission for the construction of 28 no. dwelling houses at The Old Course, Spaglen, Mallow, Co. Cork. The application is for a change of plan to part of development containing units 43-58 and 65-76 previously permitted under Plg. Reg No. 22/4676. The changes include: A) Estate road serving the south-eastern portion of the development moved north and road levels updated due to site topography constraints. B) Updated FFL’s for houses 43-46 and 69-76, C) Updated FFL’s, house positioning and elevational treatments for houses 47-58. D) Alterations to rear garden dimensions for houses 47-58 and 65-76 to accommodate new proposed estate road position. The Car parking allocation, landscaping, boundary treatments, and all ancillary site development works remain as per previously permitted Plg. Reg No.22/4676.
