The Development will consist of 1) Demolition of rear single-storey annex to existing derelict 2 storey dwellinghouse; 2) Construction of new 2-storey rear extension to dwelling; 3) Minor elevation changes and internal alterations to existing dwelling; 4) Conversion of existing haybarn adjoining the dwellinghouse to habitable use, alterations to elevations and incorporation of same into existing dwellinghouse; 5) Conversion of existing open shed adjoining the dwellinghouse into enclosed domestic garage; 6) Decommissioning of existing septic tank serving existing dwelling on site and installation of a new wastewater treatment system; and 7) All associated site works.
